Hum apne Mann (mind) ko kaise control kar sakte hai ?

Mann Ka Swami hai tu Mann tera das hai fir tu kyun udas hai ..............? Kya yeh sahi hai nahi na yaha toh ulta hogaya pure logo ke liye jahan mann ja raha hai waha bhaag rahe hai log.Yeh sab toh bass mann ki gulaami hogayi ji haan mera mann aaj aisa kar raha hai aaj waisa kar raha hai yeh sab gulaami hai hum apne sharir apne mann ke gulaam hogaye hai.Pata hai yeh mann badi hi vichitra kriti hai sharir ke kis angg main bass ta hai yeh koi naa jaane kyunki sampurn sharir is mann ki iccha saakar karne ke liye prayas karta rehta hai yadi mann kuch khaane ka kare toh vyakti isse pura karne ka kuch na kuch prayas karta rehta hai aur yadi mann kisiko apna shatru samajh le toh vyakti usse nasht karne ka har sambhav prayas karta hai aur yadi mann kisi se prem kare to uski prasanata ke liye har seema laangh ke liye tayar hojata hai parantu agar jeevan sukhi ho toh iske liye avashyak hai ki mann khaali ho.Bilkul ek basuri ke bhaati bheetar kuch bhi nahi naa raag hai na dweysh tab bhi taar ched ne par swar nikalta hai usi prakar mann ko bhi bhavnao se mukt rakhna bhi avashyak hai agar hum mann mai bhar ke jeeyenge toh mann bhar ke nahi jee payenge.
Parmatma ki bhakti karne se mann satvik ho jaata hai jissse vishya asakti purnata samapt ho jaati hai.Jis asakti kekaran manushya nidra main athava jaagte kaam ke baare main hi sochte rehte hai jisse unka sarvinash ho jaata hai iss prakar nirantar chinta se asakti ke neev par kaam ki bhavna ubhar ne lagti hai isse kaam ya vasaana main thodi se bhi rakavat aane se krodh ka aagman ho jaata hai aur jaha krodh hai waha sammoh athava avichar athava avivek bhi hai jiss prakar prachad vayu ke jhoke se deepak ki jyoti bujh jaati hai ussi prakar kaam ke chintan se manushya ki smriti nasht ho jaati hai aur jab smriti nasht ho jaati hai tab iss budhi naash mai jyada samay nahi lagta aur budhi naash ke karan manushya ka bhi sarvnaash ho jaata hai.
Yeh mann toh bohat chanchal hogta hai bilkul vaayu ki tarah mann ko vash main karne ke liye uspar do talvaaro se vaar karna hota hai ek talvaar abhyaas ki hai aur dusri vairagya ki humaara baar baar vichalit hoga par humee usse abhyaas se apne kaabu main laana hoga yahi sahi maarg jis prakar ek ghoda kabhi bbi sthir nahi rehta par uska savar usse bar baar rassi se geech kar sthir karne ki koshish karta hai ussi prakar humme apne mann ko rassi se geech kar niyantrit karna hoga aur vairagya mann par kaabu karne ke baad upyog mai aata hai kyunk kaam,bhog,vishya ki trishna usse apni taraf akarshit naa kar sake.
Humm iss mann ke das nahi yeh mann humaara dass hona chaiye hum jab bole tab mann vichaar kare. Humaare Mann ke bhi upar hai buddhi usse upar hai Atma aur ussse upar Hai mere Hari Mayapati Parmatma.
यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन।
कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते।।
But, controlling sense-organs by mind, whosoever undertakes the Yoga of action with the action-senses he, the detached one, is superior [to others], O Arjuna !But, O Arjuna! All honour to him whose mind controls his senses, for he is thereby beginning to practise Karma-Yoga, the Path of Right Action, keeping himself always unattached.
यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन।
कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते।।
But, controlling sense-organs by mind, whosoever undertakes the Yoga of action with the action-senses he, the detached one, is superior [to others], O Arjuna !
But, O Arjuna! All honour to him whose mind controls his senses, for he is thereby beginning to practise Karma-Yoga, the Path of Right Action, keeping himself always unattached.
